Serenade
I
was working on a canvas when a burst of beautiful birdsong announced a
visitor, a Rufous Whistler. He carolled away invisibly for a while then
the branches rustled and out he hopped, singing his heart out in full
view. I grabbed another canvas - it seemed to paint itself
automatically.
